If you would like to improve your technique or want to work on your condition more, you have come to the right place at Pristine Condition. This is possible through 1 on 1 training sessions or together with a friend!

In addition to the technique and condition, you have even more advantages to work with a personal trainer, such as:

- Discuss the goal in advance of what you want to achieve and achieve it!

The training sessions take place in Amsterdam West, Abraham Staalmanplein 2. It is a small gym with no showers. There is, however, a separate ladies' room that is also protected, so that nobody can look inside. It is possible to borrow gloves and bandages can be purchased if this is indicated in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO COVID-19, THE GYM ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED. THE LESSONS ARE ONLY GIVEN OUTSIDE IN AMSTERDAM WEST.

It is also possible that I come to your own location, for example at home. Travel costs will be charged for this. For more info or questions you can always contact us.
